
Several Republican lawmakers critical of the Iran war have criticized Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) over his close relationship with President Donald Trump as internecine tensions spill into public view.
The backlash underscores a growing divide within the party over the prospect of increased involvement in the conflict with Iran, with some House Republicans warning against what they see as pro-war rhetoric.

“I absolutely think he should have his Oval Office credentials revoked,” Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) told Migrant Insider’s Pablo Manriquez on Wednesday in a rebuke to Graham’s proximity to Trump.
Others echoed similar concerns, particularly on the possibility of sending troops to Iran.
“Washington’s war machine is hard at work,” Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) wrote Wednesday on X. “They are try to drag us into Iran to make it another Iraq. We can’t let them.”
“And yes, when we say Washington’s war machine, we mean Lindsey Graham,” she added.
