Psaki holds first briefing since testing positive for COVID-19


White House press secretary Jen Psaki held her first press briefing Friday since testing positive for the coronavirus on Oct. 31.

At the top of her remarks, Psaki outlined the exact timeline of her case, which prevented her from traveling with President Joe Biden to Italy and the United Kingdom in late October.

She noted that though she was originally going to travel with the presidential delegation, she chose not to after multiple members of her direct family tested positive on Oct. 26.
