In his latest move, he has signed an executive order directing federal agencies to identify and eliminate regulations that violate the U.S. Constitution.
Ooh, this should be good!
And this will be quite the task for whoever is in charge.
It seems there’s countless regulations that just aren’t needed and aren’t constitutional.
This initiative mandates that each agency’s Designated Agency Ethics Official (DAEO) compile a list of potentially unconstitutional regulations.
