Oregan Schools Will Put Feminine Products In Boys Bathrooms


According to Democratic Gov. Kate Brown, Oregan public schools will be providing feminine products in all K-12 bathrooms regardless of gender.

On top of that, these products are required to come with “how to use” instructions in accordance with the state’s “Menstrual Dignity Act.” Which was signed into law in July.

The new act also requires schools to make sure students have access to private, clean bathrooms and that they are not shamed or stigmatized for having their period. Again, this covers boys and girls.

Those in favor of this progressive law see it as a huge step forward in terms of normalizing
