According to a New York Post report, federal authorities nabbed over 260 suspects in an ongoing New Jersey mission dubbed “Operation Apex Hammer.”
The arrests included “17 homicide suspects, 95 gang members, including several others wanted for serious violent and sexual offenses,” the outlet noted.
Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba and U.S. Marshal Juan Mattos Jr. led the statewide initiative, calling the mission “a major success in combating violent crime and restoring public safety.”
