After a federal judge ruled that President Trump had to rescind authority of the California National Guard to Gov. Gavin Newsom, the Trump administration quickly filed an appeal.

Now, the appeals court has sided with President Trump, granting him authority of the National Guard while litigation continues.
It’s a solid win for President Trump and means the National Guard can stay in Los Angeles to restore order and peace — at least for now.
