Nine million tulips bloom near King Charles’ Sandringham Estate — see the incredible pics

Nine million multi-colored tulips have burst into bloom Thursday, making for an incredible beauty spot just five minutes from King Charles’ Sandringham Estate in England.

The striking flowers are spread across 32 acres — the equivalent of 20 soccer pitches — to create an amazing sea of red, yellow and purple. Some 31,000 people are set to visit the blooming fields from Thursday for the next eleven days. Planted in October last year, the tulips sit in Hillington, Norfolk, about three miles from the king’s Sandringham Estate.
