New Mexico Judge Rules For Voting Record Transparency


The hysterics of this one are telling to say the least…

A judge in New Mexico recently ruled in favor of an election integrity non-profit group called the “Voter Reference Foundation”.

What does the Voter Reference Foundation do? They maintain a website called VoteRef.Com, among other things, which publishes partial voter records online.

These partial records include data searchable by name or address, if they voted, which county they voted in, and the number of times they voted, in some states party affiliation is listed.

They do not include who or what any individual voted for. They also omit records belonging to people with special circumstances such as those suffering from a stalker, domestic assault, or abuse.
