New Court Document Refers To “JFK Jr.” — Twice!

Perhaps just a slip of the tongue…or would that be a slip of the keyboard?

And not once but twice.

An official Court filing in the RFK Jr. vs. Google lawsuit refers to “John F. Kennedy, Jr.”

The filing is a Court Order, which means the document was prepared by the Court — i.e. the Judge or a Law Clerk.

And Judges and Law Clerks are not especially known for being sloppy, right?

Sloppy twice on one page?

Maybe so and perhaps that’s all there is to it, but this is still newsworthy and we’re going to cover it.
