House Speaker Nancy Pelosi urged voters to pay no attention to President Trump when it comes to the integrity of the upcoming election.
“I have a motto. We don’t agonize, we organize,” the California Democrat told MSNBC host Craig Melvin on Monday. “I tell people, don’t pay any attention to him because he either doesn’t know what he’s talking about or doesn’t care that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The fact that he would persuade people that their vote doesn’t count tells you everything you need to know and then more about this president, but forget him.”
Trump has been critical of mass mail-in voting during the coronavirus pandemic, warning of the potential for widespread fraud, and at a campaign event in Nevada over the weekend, he accused Democrats of trying to rig the election.
