MSNBC Promotes Theory That Anti-ICE Rioters Have ‘Lawful Right’ To Attack Officers

In the face of violent and destructive protests, the men and women tasked with enforcing federal immigration laws continuously put themselves in harm’s way.

And as ICE agents deal with threats to themselves and even their families, many have taken steps to conceal their identities.

For one supposed legal expert who recently appeared on MSNBC, that fact is enough to give anti-ICE protesters — at least in some situations — the legal authority to physically attack those officers.

As Breitbart reported, Joyce Vance laid out her threadbare argument by claiming that people might think that uniformed ICE offers are taking part in a “kidnapping” just because their faces are obscured:
