Trump honored Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel, who has always wanted to be a police officer, but was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2018. When he got the initial diagnosis, he was told he only had 5 months to live; six years later, President Trump introduced him to the audience and officially swore him in as a member of the Secret Service.
