MSNBC host laments Democrats’ ‘visuals’ at Trump speech: ‘Not taking back the House in 2026’


MSNBC host Symone Sanders-Townsend criticized Democrats who protested at President Donald Trump’s joint address to Congress by suggesting their antics Tuesday night were not helping their reelection efforts in 2026.

During post-speech analysis, former Sen. Claire McCaskill stated that Democrats need to “snatch them [voters] back.”

“How are we going to snatch them back, Michael, when they are holding up bingo or auction signs?” the MSNBC host responded by turning to MSNBC panelist Michael Steele on Tuesday.
