KNEWZ.COM|Randall Ryan The judge made the ruling after members of Mark Redwine’s defense team appeared to come down with COVID-19
A judge declared a mistrial in the Dylan Redwine murder trial after members of the defense legal team showed signs of COVID-19.
Temporarily spared judgement by the mistrial, Mark Redwine is charged with murdering young Dylan near Durango, Colorado, in 2012. The boy’s remains were not found until the following year.
A prevailing theory about Redwine’s motive for allegedly murdering his son is that the boy discovered his father’s shocking sexual fetish: dressing up in women’s clothing and a diaper and then ingesting his own feces from the diaper.
