A man from Dothan, Alabama, was arrested on Monday, approximately two months after Joe Biden commuted his sentence.

“Dothan police charged Willie Frank Peterson on Monday with possessing cocaine, hydrocodone, marijuana, and two counts of illegally possessing firearms,” WTVY reports.
