Geoengineering and weather modification is often labeled a ‘conspiracy theory.’
However, the mainstream media openly confessed to the experiments.

“The idea is based on the cooling effect of volcanic eruptions,” the news report said.
“One notion is that we could mimic volcanic eruptions by sending specially equipped airplanes into the stratosphere,” said Harvard University’s Peter Frumhoff.
The report admitted Bill Gates is a key contributor to these experiments.
“The U.S. government is now flying high-altitude planes through the stratosphere to study what sun-blocking gases may already be there,” the report said.
