Legendary Sports Franchise Sold In Record-Setting Deal


The Buss family has agreed to sell majority ownership of the Los Angeles Lakers to Mark Walter, Chief Executive Officer of Guggenheim Partners and owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers, for approximately $10 billion.

According to ESPN, it’s the highest ever for a U.S. professional sports franchise.
