Kyle Rittenhouse’s Attorneys Believe the Jury is at a 6-6 Split


The jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial continues deliberations for a fourth day, and reports are now coming out that the verdict count may be split.

One of Kyle Rittenhouse’s lawyers, Mark Richards, was quoted saying he believed that the jury may be split while leaving the courthose:

“They’re either working to get a consensus — maybe they’re dead-even split,” claimed Richards.

Several news organizations, including Newsmax, have indicated as much.

This comes as reports of “jury intimidation” are becoming more common.
