Reality star Kourtney Kardashian provided an update to her social media followers after undergoing emergency fetal surgery to save her unborn baby earlier this month.
“Pregnancy is so empowering,” the 44-year-old celeb wrote in the caption of her Instagram post, which included several snapshots of her showing off her baby bump.
Kardashian previously announced she was expecting a child with husband Travis Barker, the drummer for Blink 182, at one of the band’s concerts. The reality star also has three children with her ex, Scott Disick. Barker has two teenagers with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.

Kardashian’s 17-year-old stepdaughter, Alabama, commented on the Instagram post, writing, “Hot mama!”
