A man who was caught on video throwing cinderblocks at Border Patrol officers during the Los Angeles riots in June has just been indicted by a federal grand jury.
30-year-old Jacob Daniel Terrazas has been charged with assault on a federal employee, which carries a sentence of up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
