A New York jury awarded a 22-year-old woman who identified as a boy in her teenage years $2 million in a landmark lawsuit against doctors accused of pushing ‘gender-affirming treatments’ for minors.
The decision marked the first time a “detransitioner’s malpractice case has gone before a jury and ended in a financial judgment,” The Christian Post reports.
“Detransitioner sues for medical malpractice after having her healthy breasts removed at 15. She won and is being awarded $2 million in damages. I hope this inspires more lawsuits against these butchers who call themselves ‘healthcare providers’. This is the way forward,” Riley Gaines commented.
