Judge Rules Trump Admin Can’t Block AP for Refusing to Say “Gulf of America”


A federal judge sided with the Associated Press after the White House barred them.

And why were they barred?

Because they refused to use the term “Gulf of America.”

The amount of stubbornness coming from the Left and their media is off the charts. They’re like unrepentant children.

Judge Trevor McFadden called it “viewpoint discrimination” and said it violated the First Amendment.

While the AP doesn’t have a seat in the Oval Office, the court ruled the government can’t deny access over that.

And I have a feeling that this federal judge McFadden is going to find out that he can’t just over rule President Trump.

Like China and their new 104% tariff from Trump, he’s going to learn the hard way.
