Former Congresswoman Katie Hill of California, who had to resign after she was discovered having inappropriate relationships with staffers and embarrassing nude pictures were leaked to the public, has had her “Revenge Porn” lawsuit dismissed in a court of law.
Hill was suing the Daily Mail claiming that the release of her naked pictures violated revenge porn statutes. Los Angeles Judge Yolanda Orozco rejected her arguments and ruled against her under the reasoning that the pictures were in the public interest when they were released.
