Rep. Jared Moskowitz (R-FL) claimed that the House Department of Government Efficiency Caucus hasn’t operated for months.
Moskowitz was the first Democrat to opt into the caucus, cochaired by Reps. Aaron Bean (R-FL), Blake Moore (R-UT), and Pete Sessions (R-TX). However, the Florida Democrat now calls the caucus “a complete failure.”
“The DOGE caucus is dead. It’s defunct. We haven’t met in months. We only had two total meetings in five months. And we weren’t involved at all in anything which Elon [Musk] was in charge of. Zero. Zilch. Nada. [Musk] did it all on his own,” Moskowitz told POLITICO. “DOGE was a complete failure. Complete failure. Nothing has been made more efficient.”
