‘It’s Almost Treasonous’: President Trump Calls Out Media Over ‘Fake News’ About Iran

“Treason” is a word that has become more common in everyday conversations, but it carries even more weight when it comes from the White House.

That’s one reason President Donald Trump’s recent Fox News interview was notable, as the New York Post reported:

“It’s so sad when you look at CNN, The New York Times, ABC, fake news, NBC fake news. When you look at their stuff, it’s so sad to see it,” Trump vented on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.” “It’s almost treasonous, actually, if you want to really know that.”

“But if you’re reading the New York Times, they certainly would say that [we] are doing great in the war,” he added, arguing that Iran was decimated in the war.
