The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Tuesday that it struck numerous Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon after nearly two dozen rockets were fired at Israel.
The rocket barrage, which is the largest Hezbollah has launched at Israel since Hamas’ October 7 terror attacks, came after the IDF eliminated Hezbollah terrorists near the border who were attempting to fire anti-tank missiles at Israeli forces.
Israel initially responded with artillery fire at the positions where the rocket launches originated from before fighter jets dropped precision munitions on the locations later in the night.
