If you’re not familiar with what that is, it’s basically the concept that in every election, something usually happens (or is planned to happen by one side) that “shifts” the balance of power right before the election.
It can be a scandal, or a surprise endorsement, or a newly revealed bombshell, or a tragedy, or anything else. You get the idea.
