A top Iranian official just announced that the country is ready to sign a nuclear deal with President Trump!
In exchange for economic sanctions being lifted, Ali Shamkhani — who is the top advisor to the Iranian Supreme Leader — said that Iran would agree to never make nuclear weapons.
Not only that, but Iran would also get rid of its stockpiles of highly-enriched uranium and, from here on out, enrich uranium only to the levels needed for non-military purposes.
