Horrifying moment as two French air force jets collide in mid-air, forcing pilots to eject


Two French air force jets have been captured colliding mid-air while rehearsing a stunt.

The crash occurred in Saint-Dizier, eastern France, yesterday afternoon during a drill involving six Alpha Jets.

Terrifying footage shows a group of jets flying in an organized line and firing colored smoke flares when two planes suddenly collide mid-air.

They quickly begin to plummet and disintegrate on impact as debris falls from the sky.

Authorities have since confirmed that both aircraft were destroyed in the crash.

The shocking footage shows three pilots quickly ejecting as fireballs erupt below them.

French air force officials confirmed that the pilots were “found alive and conscious”.
