A bipartisan investigation by the U.S. senate is looking to investigate the alleged allegations that Secretary of War ordered for there to be no survivors in the airstrikes against drugging running boats from Venezuela.
The investigation is being led by Republican Senator Roger Wicker and Democrat Senator Jack Reed.
