President Donald Trump scored a big win in the court system recently, marking another legal win for the president amidst a hurricane of legal battles in 2023.
On Truth Social, Trump shared information from Leading Report, bringing a Pennsylvania judge’s previous ruling to light. The report read, “BREAKING: A judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that former President Trump has ‘presidential immunity’ and cannot be sued over statements he made about 2020 election fraud.”
The ruling, which seems to have largely flown under the radar in the media, was made in late July, and found that President Trump could not be sued by an election worker related to comments made about the 2020 election results while he was in office, The Hill reported.
