Former Congressman Lee Zeldin was confirmed on Wednesday to head the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Zeldin secured the nomination in a 56-42 vote, with all 53 Republicans supporting the former Long Island representative.
“Thank You to the 56 Senators for your vote and confidence. Grateful to President @realDonaldTrump for having the faith in me to be part of his Cabinet as @EPA Administrator. Make America Great Again!” Zeldin said.
