Trump announced on Twitter early Oct. 2 that he and the first lady had tested positive for COVID-19. He spent three days at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center before returning to the White House, where he will continue treatment for the disease caused by the new coronavirus, according to NPR.

Amid Trump’s COVID-19 diagnosis, social media users shared a screen grab from a video message Trump tweeted from Walter Reed on Oct. 3 with a quote he allegedly said. The full quote reads, “The doctors said they’ve never seen a body kill the Coronavirus like my body. They tested my DNA and it wasn’t DNA. It was USA.”
