President Donald Trump began his rally in Claremont, New Hampshire on Saturday honoring veterans and their families in commemoration of Veterans Day.
“Let’s express our eternal gratitude to every veteran in this room—and every proud veteran across the great state of New Hampshire,” Trump began his speech.
Trump also honored several Gold Star family members of the servicemen who had been tragically killed during the Biden administration’s botched withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.
A total of 13 U.S. service members and 170 Afghan civilians were killed during a bombing attack outside the Kabul Airport on Aug. 26, 2021 during the mismanaged withdrawal.
