In yet another display of the common sense that has won him the support of Floridians and conservative America, Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis decried the lack of logic when it comes to inflated case numbers for Covid cases in the United States.
“Think about it,” he said during a Friday press conference. “Before Covid, did anyone go out and seek testing to determine if they were sick?”
In October, Florida had the lowest number of coronavirus cases per capita in the country, an astonishing achievement widely attributed to Gov. DeSantis’ strong, common sense policies like keeping the economy and schools open and fighting hard against vaccine and mask mandates, which seem to only prolong the Covid pandemic rather than halt it.
