Just when you think we gained an inch in the battle against abortion it immediately goes away.
South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster recently signed the Fetal Heartbeat Protection from Abortion Act which prevents someone from having an abortion if a heartbeat is detected.
Well immediately almost afterwards a U.S. District Court Judge Mary Geiger Lewis blocked the law from being enacted after Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit in court saying the new law was unconstitutional.
