Arizona board members in a southeastern county are fighting the battle on the frontlines.
the Cochise County board of supervisors have decided to delay certification of the 2022 midterm elections until November 28th.
They did so after hearing from three election experts, who have already filed several similar claims in Arizona over the last year.
The courts have continued to dismiss these claims, but two Cochise county board members believe that the truth of what occurred in Arizona during the last election needs to be discovered.
Board members Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd voted to give the three men time to prove their case.
