During an interview on Monday morning with MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, “Reverend” and known race baiter Al Sharpton commented on the recent shooting of two Los Angeles Police Officers where were hunted and critically injured in their cop car.
After the footage of the shooting went viral, liberal protesters showed up to the hospital that the officers were taken to and chanted that they hope the officers die.
Scarborough Sharpton what his message was to the “25 million peaceful protesters” about “those people, who were chanting they hope that they died?”
Sharpton replied by claiming that he was not anti-police, stating, “We are not anti-police, and we are certainly not for killing or shooting police.”
He then pivoted, saying, “We are there saying police should not be wrongfully shooting or killing civilians, particularly in the black community. And for people to try to associate us with murder and ambushing and death, is doing more to hurt the cause.”
