Colorado prosecutors have just dropped all charges against 38-year-old Solomon Galligan, a registered sex offender who tried to kidnap an 11-year-old boy who was playing at recess.
If I was a kid, I’d be terrified even seeing this guy walking up to me — let alone trying to snatch me!
Heck, I’d be freaked out as an adult.
