CNN analyst sounds the alarm on ‘revolt within the Democratic Party’ over polling figures

CNN analyst Harry Enten sounded the alarm over the Democratic Party’s record-low polling figures.

Enten showed figures indicating wide-ranging dissatisfaction with Democratic leaders from within the party during an episode of CNN News Central. He displayed a Gallup poll taken earlier this month showing Democratic trust in their party leaders to “do the right thing” on the economy cut in half from April 2024 to today — 80% to 39%, respectively.

“Holy Toledo!” Enten said about the figures. “That is the lowest number by far in Gallup polling; the lowest previous was just 60%, which is 21 points higher than this. Democrats hate, hate, hate, hate what their congressional leaders are doing in Washington right now on the key issue of the day right now, the economy.”
