No. 3 House Republican Liz Cheney of Wyoming is not backing down from her vocal criticism of former President Donald Trump in the face of opposition to her tactics within her own conference, speaking up on Monday to rebut Trump’s claim that the 2020 election was “fraudulent.”

“The 2020 presidential election was not stolen. Anyone who claims it was is spreading THE BIG LIE, turning their back on the rule of law, and poisoning our democratic system,” Cheney said in a tweet.
