A shooting that broke out at a California neighborhood left one person dead and two others injured Saturday night, authorities said.
Officers responded to a building in the Boyle Heights neighborhood in Los Angeles shortly before 9 p.m. on a call of a suspect opening fire at a group of people, KNBC-TV reported citing Los Angeles police.
Police say the suspect fled the scene.

One man was killed, and two other victims — a 25-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman — were rushed to the hospital, according to local reports.
The woman was in critical condition, police said. Cops continue to hunt for the suspect.
