Ohio Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur got another term in Congress, outmaneuvering President Trump-backed Republican Derek Merrin.

Kaptur, the longest-serving woman in U.S. House history, held her ground in a race the AP hesitated to call.

But was it a legitimate win? Mail-in votes are in question for her district.
