Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) announced he will retire before the end of his term.
The Tennessee Republican said he will resign from Congress after the House votes again on the reconciliation package.
“After nearly 40 years of public service, I am stepping back from my position as a Congressman. Thank you to all the people of TN-07 who have supported me during my tenure as their representative,” Green said.
