It has been a heartwrenching 24 hours for 2 L.A. police officers and their familes.
Last night, 2 L.A. County sheriff’s deputies were shot at point blank range while sitting in their patrol car in Compton.
The gunman opened fire without any warning or provocation.
The officers, a 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were both left fighting for their lives and in critical condition.
Some good news, as both officers have gone through surgery and are now in stable condition.
It is an absolute miracle that these officers are stable.
Police are still looking for the gunman and a $100k reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
The two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies who were shot in the head in an ambush in Compton Saturday are now in stable condition, authorities confirmed Sunday. https://t.co/Kcw9s2Xwt4
