Attorney General Pam Bondi charged three people over the vandalism of Tesla properties.
“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” Bondi said in a statement. “Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”
Each defendant faces charges carrying five to 20 years in prison.

One defendant was arrested for throwing eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership; a second was arrested in Colorado after trying to light Tesla vehicles on fire; and a third was arrested in South Carolina after lighting Tesla charging stations on fire.
