Blumenthal: Iran Is Trump’s ‘War of Whimsy,’ ‘Delusion’

Tuesday on MS NOW’s “All In,” Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) claimed President Donald Trump entered into a “war of whimsy” and “delusion” in Iran.
