Biden's 'Broad Campaign' to Silence Coverage of Ukraine Corruption Scandal


Democrat White House hopeful Joe Biden’s campaign attempted this week to push the New York Times (NYT), Twitter, and Facebook into extinguishing stories and presidential campaign ads about the Ukraine corruption scandal linked to the former vice president, to no avail.

On Wednesday, CNN revealed the Biden campaign “did not rule out” reaching out to Google and YouTube as well.

The Biden campaign sent letters to Facebook and Twitter, demanding that they ban an ad by U.S. President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign.

Trump’s re-election campaign ad accuses the former vice president and his son, Hunter Biden, of corrupt activities in Ukraine.

Unlike CNN, the Times, Facebook, and Twitter have resited Biden’s effort to silence Trump’s assertion that Biden engaged in improper dealings with Ukraine while serving as vice president.
