A New Jersey-based medical supply store and skin care products manufacturer is voluntarily recalling several hand soaps, cleansers, and antiseptics due to possible contamination of a dangerous bacteria.
The dangerous bacteria could potentially lead to “life-threatening sepsis.”
“DermaRite Industries LLC issued a voluntary recall of four hand soaps that they sell nationwide after a bacterium called Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc) was detected,” NBC News stated.
