Admiral confirms Ukraine-Pacific weapons trade-off


Adm. Sam Paparo leads the U.S. military’s Indo-Pacific Command. INDOPACOM is responsible for deterring and, if necessary, defeating China in what would be the nation’s largest war effort since 1945.
